Recommended Send Strategy:
  1. Send the Omnipod recall email first — This is a safety issue and takes priority. Use Variant A for your full list, or Variant B for customers who specifically have Omnipod supplies.
  2. Send the Omnipod SMS blast 2-3 hours later — Catches anyone who missed the email. Use Option 1 or 2.
  3. Send the Metronic email next — Can go same day (afternoon) or next morning. Use Variant A for your general list.
  4. Send the Metronic SMS blast — 2-3 hours after the Metronic email.
  5. Segment if possible — If you can identify customers who specifically sell Omnipod or Metronic, send those alerts only to the relevant audience to avoid alert fatigue.
